With a Law degree from Eduardo Mondlane University (Mozambique), since joining LOA Advogados, Félix Alexandre has dealt with an array of matters, including incorporation and licensing of companies; start-up obligations registration processes and compliance (Tax Number, National Institute of Social Security (INSS) and with the Ministry of Labour (MITESS). In Mining law, he undertakes due diligence on mining titles and analyzes compliance with mining, labour, and environmental statutory obligations to identify and mitigate and/or reduce clients’ legal risks.

He is currently registered with the Mozambican Bar Association as a Trainee Lawyer and has been advising clients in the areas of Corporate, Banking, Migration and Foreign Investment Law in Mozambique.
