Dácia Ventura is a law graduate from ISCTEM (Instituto Superior de Ciências e Tecnologias de Moçambique). Before joining LOA Advogados, Dácia worked as a paralegal at ISCTEM’s Legal Aid Clinic, as part of her practical training, where she provided free legal services to vulnerable and disadvantaged people under the pupilage of a senior law lecturer.

At LOA Advogados, Dácia works hand in hand with the senior lawyer and associates. She assists with all legal matters, but is more focused on corporate and civil matters, including incorporation and licensing of companies and registration of associations, legal drafting, clerking as well as translation of legal documents from English to Portuguese, and vice versa. She is registered with the Mozambican Bar Association as a trainee lawyer.
